Cook up the perfect sizzle on the braai with the Minhaj Cast Iron Griddle! The Minhaj Griddle can be used on both sides, one as a griller and the other as a shallow frypan. The ribbed side is perfect for grilling the perfect steak, fish, chicken and even hamburgers. The smooth side is great for making sandwiches and eggs.

I am very happy with the grill and it is good value for the price. It does not come with any instructions, but it will be good to burn it in before the first use. Coat both sides and handles with cooking oil and pop it in the oven at 180C for an hour. Both sides works well with steak. It fist perfectly over 2 gas burners of a gas hob. Don’t use sticky sauces only lightly oiled meats or veg.
